Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience in entry-level recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the service sector. The candidate should be confident in candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Handle entry-level hiring for various service-sector roles.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open positions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing.
Experience in entry-level hiring, preferably in the service sector.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source and screen candidates independently.
Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Candidates based in or willing to work in Mysore are preferred.
