About the Role

We looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Student Counsellor cum Tele-caller to engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, explain relevant professional courses, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational background, interests, career goals, and learning needs.
Explain courses, curriculum, duration, fees, learning outcomes, and career relevance clearly.
Provide one-to-one course and career counselling to students and parents.
Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about programmes.
Conduct timely and consistent lead follow-ups and maintain an active lead pipeline.
Identify qualified prospects and convert leads into course enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/lead management system.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve assigned monthly counselling and enrolment targets.




Build positive and trustworthy relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, educational counselling, admissions counselling, tele-counselling, or education sales.
Experience in professional, technical, higher-education, or skill-development courses is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
Valuable lead follow-up, relationship management, and conversion skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in English and Tamil; additional languages will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management tools is preferred.
