Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions.
Generate accurate bills and invoices for customers.
Maintain daily cash and billing records.
Handle returns, exchanges and customer billing queries.
Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
Assist customers with a polite and skilled approach.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Coordinate with the sales and store team when required.
