Job Summary

Lotusse Lifestyles is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage daily production operations, achieve targets, handle manpower, maintain quality, and ensure timely production.

Key Responsibilities

· Production planning and target achievement

· Manpower and team management

· Quality, rejection and wastage control

· Production MIS and daily reporting

· Machine and resource utilization

· Coordination with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch & Maintenance

· Process improvement and productivity enhancement

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing

· Strong team-handling and production planning skills

· Positive knowledge of MS Excel & MIS

· Experience in garments, lifestyle manufacturing preferred
