SITE ENGINEER – HIRING

Position: Site Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location:THRISSUR
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction/site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Conduct site inspections and maintain proper quality control.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
Check materials and ensure proper usage as per project requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and report site progress and issues.

Requirements




Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
2–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
Willingness to work at project sites.
