Roles and Responsibilities
To look after service coordination in North/South region.
Coordinating with Purchase, sales and engineer team.
Making service Invoice, challan from account team.
Taking payment follow-up of service invoice to customer.
Taking payment follow-up of Loading/ unloading invoice to Customers (Varian & Siemens)
To submit a daily schedule to my manager.
Doing daily meeting of North/South region.
Providing daily update of open case (Medical/ Non-medical).
Replaying the daily MOM of North/South region.
Replying West all emails/ documentation of all open cases/pending issues/ cash received/ U/B; Warranty/ invoicing done on time / complaints being closed on time.
Taking all phone calls of all customers.
Managing/ supporting West engineers to receive.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
