Qualification -BE electrical & electronics with C license
Experience - Minimum 5 years experience as a Facility Manager with minimum two years in an industrial utility maintenance.
Preferably in industrial Maintenance. ( HT/LT switch gears system, DG, Compressor, Chiller, STP & WTP.
Should have knowledge of house keeping materials,consumables,daily and weekly schedule planning and implementation.
Knowledge in routine maintenance, PM activities ,Corrective maintenance
MIS,MMR reports, communication, Client relation ship, response time
Should willing to join immediate
Location Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram district.
Willing to stay nearby
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
