We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain aluminium products and fabrication services, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Explain products, services, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales.
Schedule site visits/appointments when required.
Maintain call and lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
1 year of Telecalling/Sales experience.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Malayalam preferred; basic English is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-oriented and sales-focused approach.
