Telecaller – Real Estate

Aurenix Global Solutions is hiring a Telecaller – Real Estate for a reputed real estate company in Karnal, Haryana.

Location: Alpha International City, Karnal, Haryana

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + sales incentives

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce available real estate projects.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to understand their property requirements.
Provide customers with basic information about projects, properties, pricing and offers.
Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Schedule customer meetings and property/site visits when required.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead information.
Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their queries professionally.




Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and lead conversion.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, real estate sales or business development will be preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Salary & Incentives:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, plus applicable sales incentives.
