Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko phone calls par contact karna.
Company ki services ke baare mein customers ko information dena.
Customer queries ko handle karna aur proper guidance dena.
Interested customers ka follow-up karna.
Leads ko convert karne ki koshish karna.
Daily calling aur follow-up records maintain karna.
Polite aur qualified communication maintain karna.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills.
Hindi/Punjabi/English mein basic communication.
Confident aur positive attitude.
Calling/sales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
