Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and assess existing HVAC systems to recommend repair, upgrade, or replacement solutions.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of recent and upgraded HVAC systems.
Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Ensure availability of spare parts and recommend inventory requirements.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site-specific regulations.




Train and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.
Support warranty claims and technical investigations.
Attend emergency breakdown calls whenever required.

Robust fault-finding and analytical skills.
Leadership and team management.
Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.
Experience with HVAC automation
Ability to manage multiple customer sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
