Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, schedule appointments, and support the sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and connect with leads generated through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about skincare products and services.
Follow up with enquiries and interested prospects to convert leads into customers.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and build positive relationships through friendly and persuasive communication.




Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions while working towards assigned lead conversion targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive personality
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-oriented with a willingness to learn
Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory
