Job Description:
Responsible for production execution and control of welding & powder coating section department.
Responsible for managing day-to-day production activities in the welding and powder coating section.
Assign job cards to operators and workstation.
Should have adequate knowledge of welding process, welding & powder coating standards.
Should have knowledge of welding consumables and responsible for requisitions of the same.
Ensure safety work practice in the section.
Co-ordinate with vendors for on time completion of task related to welding and coating.
Should focus on productivity as per the cycle time.
COMPETANCIES:

Proficient with welding process and quality standards
Knowledge of welding test procedures
