Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, increase online visibility, generate leads, and strengthen the hospital's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Create and coordinate engaging content, reels, posts, videos, and promotional materials.
Handle paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Support SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the content and creative teams for marketing materials.
Manage and monitor online reviews and brand presence.
Generate weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.




Identify recent digital marketing trends and implement suitable strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to promote hospital services, offers, events, and awareness campaigns.
Ensure all digital content follows the organization's branding and communication guidelines.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
Good communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
Analytical and creative thinking.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualification
Any Bachelor's degree.
Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant healthcare/hospital marketing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
