Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure seamless guest service.
Welcome and assist VIP and regular clients, ensuring a luxury customer experience.
Coordinate appointments and service schedules with reception and therapists/stylists.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure treatment rooms, salon stations, and common areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with SOPs and hygiene standards.
Support sales by promoting spa packages, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offers.
Track daily operational reports, service delivery, and customer feedback.




Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Ensure availability of towels, amenities, consumables, and retail products.
Assist in training and mentoring staff on customer service and luxury hospitality standards.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
Help achieve monthly revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
