We are looking for a creative Real Estate Content Creator to build and manage engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts and social media posts.
Develop content ideas around real estate, property investment, projects and market trends.
Shoot and edit videos, including property/project walkthroughs.
Write captions, scripts, hooks and other social media content.
Create thumbnails, graphics and basic creatives.
Identify trending topics and formats relevant to real estate.
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.
Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.

Skills Required
Strong creativity,



storytelling and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
Video shooting and editing skills.
Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Real estate knowledge/experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
