Social Media Strategist — NUO Labs

NUO Labs is looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist who understands how to build brands, grow audiences, and create content that performs across social media platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing social media strategies, content plans, campaigns, and growth initiatives, with a robust focus on creating engaging, relevant, and high-performing content.

What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms
Experience developing social media strategies and content calendars
Robust understanding of current trends, formats, hooks, storytelling, and audience behaviour
Ability to identify content opportunities and turn ideas into engaging social campaigns
Understanding of social media analytics, insights, reach, engagement, and growth metrics
Experience with content planning, campaign strategy, and brand positioning
Knowledge of AI-powered content creation and social media tools




Strong copywriting and communication skills
Creative thinking with a solid understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with creative teams
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
