Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed project presentations
Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying process
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in real estate / apartment sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Robust convincing ability and customer-handling skills




Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
