We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise daily site activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Monitor workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor the quality of work and report any issues to the concerned engineer.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical discipline.
Positive knowledge of site execution and manpower coordination.
Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to monitor work progress and handle site-level issues
Knowledge of site safety practices.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
