Program CNC VMC machines using CAM software (Mastercam and FANUC Oi MF Plus).
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; symbols.
Create set up procedures and design optimal set up for VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and tapping on metal or plastic parts.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Verify programs and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and machining.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.).
