Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, catalogues, and product information across marketplaces.
Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, MRP, sizes, colours, and other attributes.
Monitor product listings, stock availability, pricing, and product visibility.
Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding cataloguing, brand onboarding, warehouse, and operational issues.
Manage marketplace tickets and follow up for timely resolution.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and dispatch-related issues.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports.
Analyse sales, stock, returns, and product performance data.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, cataloguing, and accounts teams.
Ensure products are live and available with accurate inventory across marketplaces.
Track promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
Identify listing errors and ensure timely corrections.
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets data and prepare MIS reports.

Required Skills




Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large product/SKU data.
Basic understanding of sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace metrics.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Amazon, or similar marketplaces will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online retail.
Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce will be preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working extensively with Excel and product data.
