We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Executive to join the team at My Carpresso, Kalamassery. The Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about replenishment requirements.
Ensure products and service areas are properly arranged and maintained.
Handle customer feedback and resolve routine issues professionally.
Support promotional activities and offers at the outlet.
Maintain basic daily records and operational reports.
Follow company policies,
safety procedures, and service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Store Head.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduates are preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude and positive personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
