Function: Human Resources

Reporting: Plant HR Manager

Location: Saha, Ambala

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Source candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.

HR Administration
Maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.
Possess strong knowledge of the Factory Act, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws along with their compliances.
Have awareness of current Labour Codes.
Handle third-party vendors and their teams to ensure proper manpower for brewery operations.
Ensure implementation of applicable labour laws and organisational policies.
Maintain plant hygiene and oversee horticulture activities.

Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Foster a positive work workplace and enhance employee engagement.
Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives.
Assist in setting up annual performance evaluation systems for blue-collar employees.
Organise training and development programs to address skill gaps.

Compliance & Reporting
Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws.




Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in labour regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in blue collar recruitment, labour law compliances, employee relations, and plant-level HR administration.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in an HR role

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong understanding of HR best practices
