Role Title: EVBV & AR Calling Specialist / RCM Executive
Industry: US Healthcare Medical Billing
Shift: Typically US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
Eligibility & Perks Verification (EVBV): Review and verify patient insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and active status through payer websites, IVR systems, or direct phone calls prior to appointments.
Prior Authorization: Obtain required approvals from insurance payers for specific medical procedures or treatments.
AR Calling (Accounts Receivable): Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unresolved, pending, or delayed claims.
Denial Management: Identify root causes for claim rejections or denials, appeal decisions, and re-submit corrected claims.
Documentation: Update patient account details, billing software, and EMR/EHR systems accurately with call notes and adjudication statuses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
