IIM SKILLS is looking for a Data Analyst & Trainer with robust expertise in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, along with the ability to mentor students, conduct training sessions, and contribute to data-driven product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Mentor students on analytics projects and provide career guidance.
Conduct classes and practical training on Data Analytics tools and concepts.
Collaborate with product teams on data-driven product improvements.
Track business/product KPIs and recommend improvements.
Work closely with academic and internal teams.
Present insights clearly to stakeholders and students.
Required Skills:
6–7 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI.
Robust knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.
Understanding of product analytics will be an advantage.
