Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
