Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom or other allied subjects

Experience-Necessary Requirement:

0 to 2 years of Qualified/Technical Experience in Telecom with good knowledge in Customer coordination.

Major Responsibilities:
Customer coordination.
Field Engineer Coordination
Knowledge on FTTX Provision
Basic Telecom Concepts of FTTX

Key performance indicators:
Turnaround time of requests within agreed SLA
Quality of pack completed to meet agreed SLA

Skill requirements Include skill requirements in domain, leadership and behavioral:
Valuable writing skills - for documentation, training, processes
Valuable understanding of OSP/ISP construction activities
Communicate with teams for any additional data / clarification required
Positive analytical / problem solving skills
