About the Role

Valummel Jewellery is looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused SALES GIRL to join our showroom in Mananthavady. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for jewellery and fashion, and be committed to providing an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable gold jewellery and other products.
Explain jewellery designs, pricing, making charges, offers, and product details.
Present jewellery collections confidently and professionally.
Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery.
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.




Coordinate with the billing and showroom teams as required.
Ensure the showroom maintains a premium and welcoming setting.

Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Solid interest in sales and customer service.
Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn about gold jewellery, designs, and the jewellery business.
