Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and well-spoken Receptionist & Telecaller to manage our front desk and student/client communications. In this role, you will be the first point of contact—welcoming visitors, handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to follow up with leads, and providing accurate information about our courses/services.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, students, and guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or faculty.
Telecalling & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, admission leads, or appointments; convert prospective leads into admissions/registrations.
Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly, address queries politely, and route calls as necessary.
Database Maintenance: Maintain daily call logs, visitor registers, student walk-in details, and inquiry updates in MS Excel/software.
Office Coordination: Assist in general administrative tasks, fee collection/receipt generation,



and keeping the reception area neat and qualified.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) / Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and pleasant phone etiquette in Malayalam and English.
Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), email handling, and web browsing.
Interpersonal Traits: Politeness, convincing capability, active listening, and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with solid communication skills or experienced front-office/BPO staff are welcome to apply).

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month + Incentives based on conversions
