Job Title Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently. The Operator will ensure machines are set up correctly, production targets are achieved, and products meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.
Monitor machine performance during production and identify any abnormalities.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machines.
Troubleshoot minor machine problems and report major issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and machine-operation records.
Follow workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
Coordinate with supervisors, quality-control staff, and maintenance personnel.
Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, quality issues, and production delays promptly.

Requirements
Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders




Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Positive attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to identify basic machine faults.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
