We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a solid background in the IT industry to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation.

End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for IT roles
HR operations and policy management
Employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance management and appraisal process

Compliance with labor laws and HR practices

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10–15 years of HR experience in the IT industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS and recruitment tools preferred
