We’re looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor Associate who can turn ideas into high-performing video creatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Edit high-volume ad videos with speed and precision
Create multiple creative variations for performance marketing
Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube & Meta Ads
Build strong hooks, storytelling and compelling CTAs
Deliver quick turnarounds without compromising quality
Iterate creatives based on performance data
Manage multiple projects and support both video & still production

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience; freelance/agency experience preferred
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop & Illustrator
Final Cut Pro experience is a bonus
Solid short-form storytelling, pacing,



transitions and sound/visual sync
Ability to work with high output and rapid iterations
Experience managing end-to-end production workflows
Awareness of current content trends, animation, AR/VR and immersive formats
