Job Role
Source candidates for multiple open positions across functions.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening.
Generate candidate leads through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & other channels.
Use Boolean Search, Keyword Search & advanced sourcing techniques.
Explore unconventional sourcing methods to identify relevant candidates.
Build and maintain a candidate database/talent pipeline.
Coordinate shortlisted profiles with the HR team/hiring managers.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidate with 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
Robust understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.
Positive hands-on knowledge of Boolean & Keyword Search.
Creative and resourceful in finding candidates beyond conventional job portals.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, proactive & persistent approach.
Freshers with exceptional sourcing skills may also be considered.
