A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing students/clients. The role involves understanding their career or training requirements, explaining relevant IT courses, following up with leads, supporting enrollment, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the training journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and training requirements.
Explain software training programs, course content, duration, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Maintain regular communication with existing students and address their queries.
Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management to resolve student concerns.
Support promotional activities, seminars, webinars, workshops, and other student-engagement initiatives.
Meet individual and team targets related to lead conversion and student enrollment.




Build long-term relationships with students and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and customer status.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree.
Freshers can also be considered if they have solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
0–2 years: Suitable for entry-level positions.

Pay: ₹9,693.60 - ₹31,690.74 per month
