We need a hands-on performance marketer.

The biggest immediate responsibility will be generating and improving franchise leads through Meta and Google Ads, alongside consumer campaigns.

Responsibilities
Run Meta Ads
Run Google Search and Display campaigns
Build franchise lead-generation funnels
Set up retargeting campaigns
Improve creatives and landing-page conversion
Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR and conversions
Manage pixels, tracking and analytics
Conduct keyword and audience research
Run outlet-level promotional campaigns
Create weekly performance dashboards
Coordinate with creative and sales teams

We want someone who
Has personally operated ad accounts
Can show previous campaign results
Understands lead generation
Understands Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
Is analytical and numbers-driven
Can optimise campaigns independently

Agency coordinators without hands-on ad experience are not suitable.
