Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
Monitor inventory and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.
Follow company sales policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Support promotional activities and other sales initiatives.
Prepare basic sales reports when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
