Role: CASA Sales
Experience: 1+ Year in Sales / Banking preferred
Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar West and Dadar)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through open market sales and field visits.
Acquire Recent-to-Bank (NTB) Current & Savings Accounts.
Approach potential customers, explain banking products and convert leads.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Complete customer onboarding and ensure account activation.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products.
Requirements:
Graduation is preferred/mandatory as per company policy.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and open-market lead generation.
Banking/CASA sales experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹9,934.74 - ₹32,983.70 per month
