Qualifications:-
Diploma or equivalent in Dairy Technology or Food Processing (optional but preferred).
Experience in large-scale commercial paneer production at least 5+ years.
Responsibilities:-
Operate and monitor paneer-making machinery and equipment
Manage the complete paneer production process, including milk coagulation, pressing, cutting, and packaging.
Ensure consistent quality and texture of paneer as per company standards.
Monitor ingredient usage, process parameters, and production output.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
