Marketing & Customer Growth Executive

Location: BUNGEO, Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Work: On-site | 6 days/week | 8+1 hour shift

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Customer Growth Executive to drive customer engagement, retention and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google/Zomato reviews, reputation & customer feedback
Run and monitor Meta Ads & digital campaigns
Plan event & in-café promotions
Manage Loyalty Program, CRM & customer database
Handle WhatsApp marketing
Manage coupons, discounts & offers
Improve customer experience and repeat visits
Track sales, customer data & campaign performance
Promote BUNGEO products and merchandise in-store

Requirements:
Fluent in English — robust verbal and written communication
Valuable customer interaction skills
Creative, proactive and data-driven
Comfortable with Meta Ads, WhatsApp and CRM
Ability to independently execute campaigns and drive results

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
