We are looking for an experienced City Operations Head to manage and supervise our municipal/SWM operations across Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and field teams
Monitor manpower, supervisors, vehicles & machinery deployment
Ensure attendance, GPS tracking and daily work compliance
Coordinate with Municipal Corporation officials and site managers
Ensure work is executed as per tender/contract requirements
Monitor performance, resolve ground-level issues and avoid penalties
Submit daily operational reports to Head Office
Ensure discipline, productivity and smooth execution across all sites
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Operations / Municipal Contracts / SWM / Facility Management / Infrastructure preferred
Robust team and field management skills
Positive communication and government department coordination skills
Must be comfortable with extensive field work
Candidates from Hisar/NCR preferred
Position: City Operations Head – Hisar
Salary: Best in the industry / Based on experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
