Job Summary:

We are looking for a field-focused Customer Marketing skilled responsible for executing trade marketing and outlet-level activation plans. This role involves extensive market visits, driving visibility, and ensuring effective execution across retail and on-trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute customer marketing & trade activation plans at outlet level
Drive in-store visibility through POSM, merchandising & branding
Manage vendors, promoters & on-ground execution
Conduct regular market visits and outlet mapping
Ensure execution of promotions, campaigns & activations
Track performance, ROI, and provide market feedback
Support sales team in achieving volume & distribution targets
Handle documentation (POs, bills, stock tracking, etc.)

Key Requirements:




2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Alcobev sales or trade marketing
Robust exposure to BTL activations & retail execution
Experience in handling distributors, outlets, and field sales
Comfortable with extensive travel and market visits (4 days/week)
Exposure to On-trade / Off-trade channels preferred
Valuable communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:
Candidates from FMCG / Alcobev / Beverage industry
Field sales (TSE/ASE) or Customer Marketing background
Hands-on experience in retail execution & activation
