Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer Bartender to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing cocktails and mocktails, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Create cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Monitor bar inventory and assist in stock management.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements




1–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, pub, or fine-dining establishment.
Robust knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
