We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve business targets, develop recent customer relationships, and drive overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set sales targets and regularly monitor team performance.
Identify new business prospects and generate leads through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, clients, and business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance assessments.
Guide sales executives in customer acquisition, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Handle customer concerns and support the team in resolving sales-related issues.




Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of sales records, customer details, and related documentation.
Train and develop sales team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
Take corrective actions to improve underperforming areas and achieve assigned targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales or a related managerial role.
Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
