Prepare estimates, BOQs, and quotations for enquiries received from various channels, especially for CO2 Systems, IHP, and DHP.
Follow up on quotations with the Sales Team and maintain proper enquiry and quotation records.
Prepare order checklists once the order is finalized.
Coordinate with the Dispatch Team to ensure materials are ready as per requirements.
Prepare technical sheets, TCs, certificates, and other technical documents.
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
Handle after-sales technical support and documentation.
Conduct cold calling and support business development activities.
Conduct site visits and supervise site-related work as required.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments for smooth execution of orders.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
