Job Description Area Sales Manager (Generators)

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales, building dealer/customer relationships, achieving targets, and expanding market presence for generators in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify current customers, dealers, and project opportunities.
Manage enquiries, quotations, and techno-commercial negotiations.
Develop robust relationships with contractors, consultants, and OEMs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with production, service, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Visit customer sites for follow-ups and sales closure.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Ensure payment collection and credit control.
Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications:
Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
