We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, act as a single point of contact for stakeholders and clients, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate will bring robust ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams while aligning projects with business and go-to-market objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are consistently met
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, QA, Business) to ensure seamless execution
Drive regular communication with clients, including status updates, risk discussions, and milestone tracking
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
Ensure balanced workload distribution and optimal resource utilization across the team
Establish clear project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
Define and track KPIs/metrics to measure project performance and success




Collaborate with leadership to align project execution with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
Contribute to planning and execution of GTM initiatives including launch readiness, positioning, and coordination
Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance standards are maintained

Required Skills & Competencies:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Technical Knowledge in .NET and Python
Strong project management and delivery ownership mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience in client handling and expectation management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting
Strategic thinking with a clear understanding of business and GTM alignment
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
