Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a senior nurse or physician. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering nursing care, and evaluating outcomes. The role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
Auxilary Nurse M idwife (ANM)
Genarl Nursing and Midwife (GNM)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and guidelines.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions to physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results as needed.




Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and home care.
Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.
Participate in training and professional development as required.
Respond promptly to emergencies and perform first aid or CPR as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
