Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate with good English communication skills to handle sales across multiple channels, including B2B, B2C, Export/Import, E-commerce, and Government Tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with B2B and B2C leads.
Communicate with domestic and international customers through calls, email and WhatsApp.
Develop recent customers and maintain existing client relationships.
Support export sales, quotations, enquiries and buyer communication.
Assist in e-commerce sales and product enquiries.
Coordinate with the procurement, operations and tender teams.
Maintain lead,
quotation and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM.
Sales/business development mindset.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Freshers can apply; sales experience will be preferred.
Candidates with B2B, export, e-commerce or tender experience will have an advantage.
Compensation: Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance, with incentives for achieving targets.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
