Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the boiler and related equipment.
Maintain required steam pressure and temperature as per production requirements.
Monitor water level, fuel consumption, pressure, temperature, and other operating parameters.
Conduct routine inspection of the boiler, pumps, valves, gauges, and safety devices.
Carry out basic maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
Maintain boiler operating logs, checklists, and daily records.
Follow all safety procedures and statutory boiler regulations.
Ensure proper handling and storage of boiler fuel.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the boiler area.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Valid Boiler Operator Certificate / Competency Certificate as applicable.
Previous experience as a Boiler Operator in a manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledge of boiler operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to work in shifts.
