About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Cyber Security Sr. Account Executive /Sr. Business Development Manager to support and grow our cybersecurity services business. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, managing initial customer conversations, qualifying security needs, coordinating with technical teams for solution scoping, and driving opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and closure.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions and should be comfortable speaking with CISOs, IT leaders, compliance teams, and business stakeholders. A solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts is required to identify customer pain points and position relevant services effectively.
Key Responsibilities




Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, Linked In outreach, referrals, and networking. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for cybersecurity services such as VAPT, application security testing, cloud security assessments, red teaming, AI security assessments, and governance risk & compliance services. Lead initial discovery and qualification calls to understand customer security challenges, business risks, compliance needs, and buying priorities. Work with technical/pre-sales/delivery teams to define the scope of work, effort estimates, timelines, and proposal approach. Prepare commercial proposals, solution summaries, and SOW drafts with inputs from technical teams. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure. Track opportunities, follow-ups, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts in a structured manner. Maintain a good understanding of cybersecuri
